Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes (born May 25 in 1970) is an American actor best known for the roles of Doctor. Sydney Hansen and Dr. Lane Hunter, respectively. She's also appeared as the role of detective Stella Bonasera within the CBS drama series CSI: NY. Additionally, she earned high praise for her television debut role in the CBS soap show Guide Light, playing Eleni Cooper. Her most notable movies are "15 minutes", "Percy Jackson And The Olympians The Lightning Thief" as well as "Snitch". According sources, she's working in conjunction with Vlas & Charley Parlapanides (the couple who wrote the 'Immortals') for an adaptation of Elisabeth Kubler Ross' autobiography "The Wheel of Life".
